What I did not change but want to mention

The Inbox symlink (Inbox/ → iCloud Drive SBR-Inbox/) is outside the Claude/Cursor sandbox working directory. Zero inbox items were processed. If captures are accumulating, the production launchd EOD job (com.davidkoehler.sbr.eod-pass) should be used to process them. No action needed unless the automated path is also failing.
